7月22日“鎂匠計(jì)劃” 系列培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)拉開(kāi)帷幕，旨在通過(guò)系統(tǒng)化、專業(yè)化的培養(yǎng)模式，幫助新入職的管培生和實(shí)習(xí)生快速融入企業(yè)環(huán)境、提升專業(yè)技能。本次培訓(xùn)邀請(qǐng)各部門管理人員講解，此次系列培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容豐富且針對(duì)性強(qiáng)，涵蓋安全規(guī)范、企業(yè)認(rèn)知、生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐、職業(yè)規(guī)劃等核心內(nèi)容，為培育高素質(zhì)鎂業(yè)人才奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
安全培訓(xùn)聚焦車間安全生產(chǎn)，通過(guò)車間熟悉、危險(xiǎn)源講解以及安全制度培訓(xùn)，從安全核心要點(diǎn)出發(fā)，強(qiáng)化新員工“安全第一” 的意識(shí)，為他們?cè)诤罄m(xù)工作中筑牢安全防線。企業(yè)文化與公司制度培訓(xùn)，以專題講解、案例分享形式，助力新員工了解公司的企業(yè)文化和各項(xiàng)制度，從而快速認(rèn)可并融入公司。職業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)板塊，通過(guò)職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃引導(dǎo)新員工明確從學(xué)生到職場(chǎng)人的身份轉(zhuǎn)變，在職業(yè)中規(guī)劃未來(lái)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
業(yè)務(wù)與產(chǎn)品方面，業(yè)務(wù)介紹及產(chǎn)品制作工藝講解讓新員工了解公司產(chǎn)品，熟知業(yè)務(wù)鏈條。盛鎂廠區(qū)整體參觀以及蘭炭廠、煤場(chǎng)參觀活動(dòng)，幫助新員工了解公司的工藝流程及產(chǎn)品，熟知煤場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)工藝及產(chǎn)品相關(guān)內(nèi)容，同時(shí)明晰作業(yè)規(guī)范。
培訓(xùn)還發(fā)布了小組作業(yè)課題及辯論賽題目，以此鍛煉新員工的小組領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、組織能力、邏輯思維及語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力。
此次“鎂匠計(jì)劃”系列培訓(xùn)通過(guò)精準(zhǔn)化的課程設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐性的教學(xué)方式，實(shí)現(xiàn)了理論與實(shí)踐的有機(jī)融合。為新員工快速融入崗位、實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)成長(zhǎng)提供了有力支撐。未來(lái)，企業(yè)將持續(xù)推進(jìn)計(jì)劃實(shí)施，完善人才培育體系，為鎂業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展注入源源不斷的人才動(dòng)力。
On 22 July, the Magnesium Artisan Program launched its inaugural training series. Designed around a systematic and professional framework, the program accelerates the integration of new management-trainees and interns while sharpening their technical expertise. Led by managers from every department, the curriculum is both broad and targeted, covering safety, corporate orientation, production practice, and career planning—laying a solid foundation for cultivating high-caliber magnesium-industry talent.
Safety training anchored the day. Facility walk-throughs, hazard briefings, and a deep dive into safety protocols instilled a “Safety First” mindset that will protect every participant on the job. A culture & governance module used focused lectures and real-world cases to help newcomers internalize the company’s values and policies, speeding up their sense of belonging. Career-development sessions guided them through the transition from student to professional and helped them chart future milestones.
Business & product segments provided end-to-end visibility of the company’s portfolio and value chain. Guided tours of the Shengmei plant, the semi-coke facility, and the coal yard revealed process flows, product specs, and operating standards in context.
To round out the experience, team-based assignments and debate topics were issued to strengthen leadership, organization, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
By blending precision-designed coursework with hands-on learning, the series achieved seamless integration of theory and practice, equipping new employees to hit the ground running. The company will continue to refine the Magnesium Artisan Program, ensuring a steady stream of talent to power the high-quality development of the magnesium industry.
