近日,班超集團精益管理專項培訓及輔導總結系列活動有序開展,持續深化精益思維在集團運營中的滲透,為全員參與精益管理、實現流程優化與效能提升奠定堅實基礎。
在第二期精益思維及價值流分析專項培訓上,宋發勇老師圍繞精益思維核心與價值流分析方法展開深度講解,結合班超集團實際運營特點,提出精益管理實施路徑 —— 目標分解化、現場規范化、設備可視化、工藝標準化、計量精準化、化驗同步化、執行一致化、員工幸福化和業財融合化。通過豐富的實際案例,生動展示了如何將這些理念融入日常運營場景,從生產環節到管理流程,從細節優化到系統升級,為集團各部門提供了可落地的實踐指南,助力實現流程精簡與效率提升。
在精益管理第三期輔導總結會上,系統復盤階段性成果并部署后續工作。精益推行辦專員就第二期精益管理工作進行全面總結匯報,梳理實施成效、現存問題及改進方向。隨后,梅林林老師對第三階段輔導工作進行總結,結合各樣板區改進成果,提出針對性優化建議;會上還對第二期優秀樣板區團隊進行了表彰,以榜樣力量激發全員參與熱情。
集團總裁劉貴平表示,精益管理是集團高質量發展的核心驅動力,全體員工需進一步提高思想意識,將培訓所學轉化為實際行動。他強調,精益培訓工作需覆蓋全體員工,通過常態化學習與實踐,推動全員主動參與,逐步養成精益習慣,讓精益思維融入企業運營的每一個環節,最終實現集團整體效能的持續提升。

Recently, Banchao Group wrapped up a structured series of lean-management workshops and coaching sessions, further embedding lean thinking into every layer of operations and laying a solid foundation for company-wide participation, process optimization and performance gains.
At the second-phase workshop on lean thinking and value-stream mapping, trainer Song Fayong delivered an in-depth session on core lean concepts and VSM techniques. Tailoring the content to Banchao’s operating realities, he proposed a nine-point implementation roadmap: break down objectives, standardize the shop floor, visualize equipment, standardize processes, refine measurement, synchronize lab testing, align execution, elevate employee well-being and integrate business with finance. Using real-life cases, Song showed how to weave these principles into daily operations—from production cells to management workflows, micro-level tweaks to system-wide upgrades—giving every department a practical playbook for shorter lead-times and higher efficiency.
The third-phase review meeting systematically audited progress and set the next steps. The Lean Promotion Office presented a full scorecard of Phase-2 actions, highlighting wins, gaps and corrective moves. Coach Mei Linlin then summarized the third coaching cycle, offering targeted refinements based on improvements achieved in each pilot area. Top-performing pilot teams were recognized on stage, using role-model power to energize wider participation.
President Liu Guiping stressed that lean management is the prime engine of high-quality growth. “Every employee must convert what we learn into visible action,” he said, calling for training to reach 100 % of the workforce. Through continuous learning and practice, staff will build lean habits until the mindset is baked into every process, driving sustained enterprise-wide efficiency.
The series signals Banchao Group’s entry into the deep-implementation stage of lean. Going forward, the company will use full participation as its bedrock and the nine-point roadmap as its compass to keep lean initiatives delivering tangible results, powering transformation and sustainable growth.
