9月13日上午,班超集團聯(lián)合新疆天健職業(yè)技術培訓學校在盛鎂鎂業(yè)三樓會議室舉辦新型學徒制電工(中級)班培訓活動,旨在通過系統(tǒng)的知識講解,幫助員工夯實電工專業(yè)理論基礎,筑牢職業(yè)技能發(fā)展根基,共計60余人參加此次培訓。
企業(yè)新型學徒制培訓是按照“政府引導、企業(yè)為主、院校參與”的原則,采取“企校雙制、工學一體”“雙師帶徒、交替培養(yǎng)”的一種新型學徒培養(yǎng)機制。企業(yè)新型學徒制培訓對于班超集團優(yōu)化高技能人才培養(yǎng)機制,加快建設知識型、技能型、創(chuàng)新型人才隊伍,加快企業(yè)青年技能人才的培養(yǎng)具有重要意義。培訓內容涵蓋中級電工必備的電氣控制基礎、電機與變壓器原理、電力系統(tǒng)基本知識等核心模塊,為員工打造系統(tǒng)的理論提升平臺。

On the morning of 13 September, Banchao Group, in partnership with Xinjiang Tianjian Vocational & Technical Training School, launched a new-style apprenticeship programme for intermediate electricians on the third-floor conference room of Shengmei Magnesium. The initiative delivers systematic lectures designed to consolidate employees’ theoretical grounding in electrical work and lay a solid foundation for vocational growth; more than 60 staff members attended.
The enterprise-based apprenticeship model follows the principle of “government guidance, enterprise leadership, institutional participation” and adopts a dual-track, work-integrated format in which company mentors and college instructors coach apprentices in alternating phases. For Banchao Group, the scheme is a key lever for refining its high-skilled-talent pipeline, accelerating the build-up of a knowledgeable, skilled and innovative workforce, and fast-tracking the development of young technicians. The curriculum covers core modules required for the intermediate-electrician credential—fundamentals of electrical control, principles of motors and transformers, and essential power-system knowledge—providing employees with a comprehensive theoretical upgrade platform.
