7月18日,為期一周的班超集團精益管理輔導完美收官。此次輔導旨在通過專業指導,幫助企業優化流程、降低成本、提升效率,為企業的持續健康發展奠定堅實基礎。
輔導期間,特邀顧問梅林林老師采取理論“理論傳授 + 實踐指導 + 問題解決” 的多元模式相結合的方式,通過一系列針對性的培訓課程,讓員工們系統學習了精益管理的相關知識。同時,梅林林老師深入各生產車間及部門,針對生產流程、現場管理、庫存控制等方面存在的問題進行實地調研,并提出了切實可行的改進方案。

On July 18, the week-long Lean Management coaching program of Ban Chao Group came to a flawless close. Designed to optimize processes, cut costs and boost efficiency through expert guidance, the initiative lays a solid foundation for the company’s sustained and healthy growth.
Throughout the program, invited consultant Mr. Mei Linlin adopted a multifaceted approach—combining theory delivery, hands-on coaching and problem-solving. A series of targeted training sessions gave employees a systematic understanding of Lean principles, while Mr. Mei conducted on-site investigations in every production workshop and department. He diagnosed issues in workflow, shop-floor management and inventory control, then provided practical, actionable improvement plans.
Vice President Liu Gufeng stressed that Lean is a long-term campaign. All departments must break down silos, coordinate proactively and keep information flowing to prevent communication gaps from hindering progress. Taking Lean as the lever, the company will adhere to the principles of managing at the gemba and speaking with data and photos, sharpening its competitive edge by optimizing team structures and raising industrial efficiency. “Achieving Lean management hinges on every one of us,” Liu said. “We must think and act as one, turn every improvement measure into real results and make things happen.”
Moving forward, Ban Chao Group will establish and refine a long-term management mechanism to deepen Lean practices across all fields, propelling the company toward higher-quality development.
